The Urmet Intercom and FDI Access Control serve the purposes of security management for the building and individual residence at the main and building entrances. The Urmet Intercom allows the residents to proactively filter visitors without relying on manual support by security guards. The FDI Access Control helps the management office to differentiate residents from unauthorized trespassers, and enables the management office to manage the booking of residential club facilities on a 24/7 basis.

Yokis fixed transmitters are installed in vulnerable areas of the apartment or house. Yokis mobile transmitter can be carried by the user as a pendant. Any emergency call triggered by the user is forwarded instantly to Yokis Receiver mounted in the Urmet Intercom Monitor, to send the signal to the switchboard of the property management office and the mobile devices of family members or care-givers. Simple operation in one press empowering independence to senior age residents while keeping their care-giver an ease of mind.
